Good morning, guys! Starting weight for the 90 day challenge is 270.0.

Plans this time around are:

  1. 50%/50% meals — fruit/veggie to starch
  2. Antabuse with morning pills
  3. Exercise early in the day

So, at least, the treadmill on workdays prior going to work

Exercise right after the first MoMo walk on off days

Resistance exercise directly after cardio so I don’t miss it

  1. Stretching daily
  2. Try a new to me recipe weekly

What today looked like:

Friday 10/1/21 270.0

Exercise — none (Travel day)

Antabuse — Yes

Food plan

Oatmeal with PB

Burrito leftovers

Cutie

Banana

Broccoli/Lo Mein

Cheerios

Not a bad start.
