Got up to get my weight this morning — and the scale was broken. Honestly it was 4 years old and I travel with it so I knew it was going to go someday. I’ll replace it this weekend and let you know how things are going.

So to expand on my plans for the next 30 days or so:

7/14/21–8/13/21–30 days of strict goodness

Journal daily with Blog and Video

No bread but Ezekiel

No roasting with oil

50% fruit or veg/50% meals starch by volume

Salt only the top of things when I cook

Exercise daily except travel back day

Daily food plan

Brekkie — 50/50 fruit or veggies to starch

Mid day — Hummus/Green Smoothies/Fruits/Veggies

Dinner — 50/50 — veggies to starch/Fruit for dessert

Antabuse daily — absolutely no alcohol

Overt Fats — Only one serving per day

Walnuts on groats

Nut butters made only of nuts and salt

No more than 1/4 avocado per day

No oil

Seems strict, I know, but it really isn’t — I can all day if I’m hungry. And I will get plenty of protein — remember as long as you getting enough calories, you are getting enough protein.
